Yes. Don't worry. Mumbai University is the best who never ask for Maths for M.A. or you can apply for Gokhle entrance for M.A. Maths necessary criteria there but you should be able to do Maths basics questions.

No, MA is not necessary. You can apply for B.Ed after B.A economics but for assnt. professor, MA is necessary.

B.Sc. Economics is best option where you can do much better as B.A. You'll learn practical problems more than theory with Maths. But B.A. Economics with Maths stats and eco best combo for B.A. Also much better but package are different. Research both and find your area of interest where you want to go theory or not.

Hello Dear! Yes, you can pursue. In order to pursue M.A. In French Language through distance mode candidate must have completed the Bachelors degree programme in any stream from recognised University. Beside this one must have acquired the basic knowledge in the respective language equivalent to at least a two-year Diploma level course. Otherwise, one must have studied the language as an elective subject or as second language in the Bachelor's programme. Hope It helps!

Yes you can do. Both are good usually students try for CAT as it has more scope you'll get admission in good college and can do better as compared to UPSC as it not easy in first attempt u have to work hard and hard for UPSC but CAT I can crack in one attempt too and business studies has wider range now a days.
