University of Hyderabad is a well known university and doing your masters would be a great decision. placements would depend on numerous factors. under present economic condition placements at most of the colleges are really low . maybe next year it would pickup

Since you don't have any Bachelor's background in Hindi it's hard to say. I would suggest IGNOU as it's relatively easy to get. But, it could be difficult to get admission in government colleges. But, enquire with individual colleges who have MA Hindi.

Yes, it is possible. Go for the Ph.D. Almost all major universities and colleges offer Ph.D.
