There are many institutes but you can't pursue M.Ed without B.Ed. IGNOU is the best option if you want to pursue B.Ed.

Yes, you can do MA in Bharatnatyam. You should apply for admission as soon as possible because at this time of year admissions start to close.

Placement cannot be assured. Placements are offered by the institution, off campus placements can be difficult. Placements depend on skills and marks. Mostly they can get employed in hotels, government. Bodies overlooking management of tourism. Government. Field is bette,r but it would be best to, if possible host a travel show.
