After doing economics honours you have great opportunities. It is one of the best undergraduate courses that can have and congratulations that you have completed it. I am listing the career opportunities in different categories which are really good. Apart from these career categories, you can also try some different courses if you wish to change your stream.
You can try colleges like Delhi School of Economics or Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and abroad, you can try colleges like London School of Economics.
Next is placements – If you are interested in working for a few years now, then you can apply for different jobs. You can try accessing different online platforms to find your job. Also, if your college gave some placements to people then you can talk to those people and you can try getting into their organisations.
Next is M.A. - You can try and prepare for CAT and do M.A. After doing MBA you will have greater opportunities as well. If you wish to enter some government services then you can try fighting for those examinations like UPSC. These all are the main stream options if you want to do something in Economics only then you need to do your Masters because in Bachelors we do not study very high level economics. After doing Masters, you can try going in the research field itself.
