Alternatively, you have to complete your M.Phil or Ph.D. And secondly, If you want to do an M.A. You can do it after B.Ed while you are working in the schools and you can also try for promotion as Junior Lecturer in Government Junior Colleges after completing your M.A. In at least second class. The B.Ed is the course that will only help you to be a teacher in any good school. This will not take you far, as the scope is always limited.
