Hello Devanand, Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET women studies because you have the PG Diploma in women studies. But you should have minimum 55% (For General) or 50% (For OBC/SC/ST) aggregate marks in Diploma according to NET exam guidelines. So first check it out your eligibility whether you are eligible or not and then apply. You will get the complete details related to the UGC NET exam.

Hi Nidhi,
I would want to say just one thing. Do what you feel you are best at. If you still cannot decide then, think every related aspects. Like what will be your career options if you complete a particular course. Make a table write out the pros and cons and choose the option. It is something that I do, when I am in a dilemma. Hope it helps you.

The criteria for applying for BHU is that the applicant must have passed or 3rd year appearing from any UGC recognized university. And, IGNOU full fill the criteria, so you can definitely apply for the entrance.

Yes, you can apply for M.A. If there is no entrance test for M.A. Only Bachelors degree is required for M.A.
