St. Xaviers College Kolkata provides modern amenities to its students. The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. Father Leeming Boys’ Hostel accomodate the boys, while the Mother Teresa Hostel accomodate the girls. The allocation of hostels is based on the need and merit of the students. Hostel facilities are only available for the main campus. St. Xavier hostel rooms are three-seaters (three students in a room), two-seaters (two students in a room) and a single-seater (one student in a room). The hostels have a mess facility to provide hygienic and healthy food to the students. The college also has canteens, which serve the students in three different places. (ground floor, terrace, and near BEd Department). The main canteen is open on working days from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
The college also has a 1200 sq. feet fully air-conditioned Wellness Centre, which is funded by the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA). This centre offers facilities like yoga sessions, meditation, ICT discussion programmes, counselling sessions, etc. The centre is well-equipped for exercises like cardio, power, weight, and aerobics. St. Xavier's College infrastructure also consists of a central library known as Fr. Verstraeten Central Library. It has a spacious reading room with a seating capacity of 250 readers. The central library has a vast collection of printed books, journals and magazines. It has 787 books, 753 CDs/ DVDs, 176 reports, 119 periodicals and 33 PhD theses, etc.
