As per my opinion and knowledge, Delhi University conducts an entrance exam for MA in economics and being a category student, you have much more chances of getting admission, it doesn't matter from where you have completed your graduation degree.

Yes, you can take admission for MA psychology if you have a Bachelors degree.

For M.A in clinical psychology, you should have Bachelor degree in arts or if any other graduate degree.

Psychology is normally considered as a special subject and hence I am afraid doing M.A. In this subject without studying this at graduation level is not feasible. There are many concepts which are taught at graduation and then could be studied in detail at PG level.

Philosophy and Psychology are two different subjects. If you're a graduate with good marks, you can join for MA/ M.Sc. Psychology. There are universities which offer Distance Education too.
