This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Research / Academics/Journalism area, then MA is better. However, if you want to move into general management / corporate communication then MBA is better.

Hello Kavitha,
BA done from any recognised university is normally valid across all universities for further studies. I am sure you must have done your BA from open but UGC recognised university only. Hence you are eligible to pursue MA from IGNOU.

Yes, you can apply for MA in journalism in any Indian university because for taking admission in Masters in journalism and mass communication. The minimum eligibility criteria is Bachelors degree in any stream. After that a few institutes conduct a common entrance exam for the admission in same course. So you have to search in which university you are applying.

There are not many colleges offering this course in Mumbai/Pune/Maharashtra. Those who offer this course, admission is invariably based on the entrance test conducted by the concerned university. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Sure. You can. If your interested in gathering an in-depth knowledge of the behavior, thoughts, actions, interactions and reactions of people, perhaps leading to a career as a psychologist, a Masters in Psychology could be for you. Eligibility :
-Pass with minimum of 50% in Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised university. -However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course
