Dear Gagan, it is not clear to me why you want to go for MA in Public Administration after B.Tech/ BE. If you are preparing for some exam, better prepare like this only. In my opinion better option for you would be to go for M.Tech or MBA for brighter prospects. For M.Tech appear for GATE and MBA attempt CAT MAT XAT CMAT etc. In case you don't want to then try for private universities like LPU, Symbiosis, Maniapl, etc. Where admission can be based on above mentioned tests, their own tests, even on basis of marks in graduation.
