IGNOU is your answer. Apply online. Get yourself registered and follow the instructions. Believe me the whole process is very easy. Upload your documents and pay online. Your admission is confirmed. You can also go to the nearest IGNOU regional center for offline application. Last date for admissions has been extended up to 15th July 2018. Link for online admissions is given as under:-

Regular Mode M.A. From government Universities can be done but most of them have conducted their entrance tests or already closed applications. You need to search them. Many Private Universities are still offering admissions. See if you want to do this from there. Distance Mode M.A. English option is open at least till September.

EFLU is a central University and all of its courses are recognized by UGC. As far as placement is concerned, you can talk to the ex-students of the University/ the University lecturers. You see a person having a knowledge of a foreign language is always in demand. So my suggestion is that you should go for this course. All the best.

Yes, you will be eligible to take UGC NET exam in the final year of your post-graduation. You can appear for the UGC NET exam with the subject which you opted for in Master's degree. However, you will only be considered for the admission for the Award of Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor when you have passed their Masters Degree with required percentage criteria. Along with the educational criteria you should also follow age criteria of the NET exam. If you want to apply for JRF then your age must not more than 30 years.

Firstly, complete your UG programme in a good and completed manner then move ahead for PG programmes.
