Eligibility criteria for MA Geography is graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50%. So, you are eligible for the course.
Procedure for admission to the course varies from institute to institute. Aspiring candidates have the option of applying through any of online and offline modes. I think you should opt for MA because then only your English (Hons) will be more beneficial and effectful. After Master's degree, you can become a lecturer by clearing UGC NET entrance exam. You can also do Ph.D.

Eligibility for DDE B.Ed course in Kurukshetra University: Bachelor's/ Master's degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped applicants) or 55% in case of BE/B. Tech (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped applicants.
