Different colleges have a different eligibility criteria for admission. Usually, an honors degree is required for admission for admission into the same. For admission to PhD in English, one should have at MPhil Degree and a Post-Graduate a minimum of 55 percent marks (50 percent marks for SC/ST/PH candidates) from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning.

Hi,
The cut-off marks change every year with the performance of the students. So, a proper score is not there but if you get around 50, you may have a chance.

No, you cannot apply for it, because the eligibility says, back ward class people should have minimum 50% marks and 55% marks to other class of people to get admission for UGC NET.

Yes, you can apply. Their final year students whose exam result is awaited can also apply for APSET exam. But, you will be offered provisional admission and you need to submit exam result details at the time of admission.
