In most cases, GRE is not required. Few technical universities may ask for it. Even if it's optional, a good GRE score can help your profile look better, especially if your GPA is low.

Most universities ask for minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0. In Indian marks, that is around 65% to 70%. Some places may accept less also, but for top colleges, try to have higher score.

No, not really. Most MS in Computer Science in Germany programs are in English. But if you know some German, it helps you in finding part-time jobs or talking to local people. For jobs after study, knowing German can be useful too.

The work experience is not always required for MS in Germany. But having internships, research projects, or relevant experience in your academic profile can definitely add weight to your application.

Yes a CGPA of 7.5 is considered good for MS programs in Germany since the minimum CGPA required for MS in Germany is the same on a scale of 10. Thus students can expect to meet the standard requirements for most German universities. However some highly competitive programs may prefer higher CGPA and other academic requirements.
