Hello Nandhini, it could create issues definitely. This is so since institutions abroad are looking for students with outstanding academic career. But there are many cases wherein students weak in academic performance do get admission. This is because criteria of these instructions is not only academic performance but many more things. Gisma Business school is a good institution in Germany. They hold the #31 rank in Germany and #657 rank worldwide as a management school. So, I think its a good option to choose.

Yes, there are various universities that provide courses in English language but learning German will give you advantage of surviving better and communicating with people will become easier for you.
