The cost of pursuing MS in Germany depends upon the type of university you are enrolled in. If you get admitted in a public university in Germany, you won't have to pay any tuition fee. However, at the start of every academic year, you will be required to pay a semester fee ranging between EUR 150 - EUR 300 (INR 13.7 K - 27.5 K).
If you secure an admission in a private university in Germany, you will have to pay the tuition fee ranging between EUR 11,000 - EUR 17,000 (INR 10 L - 15.5 L) for studying MS in Germany.

The minimum score requirement lies in the range 6.0 - 7.0. However, IELTS is not enough. You will have to take up the GRE exam as most of the top German universities require GRE scores for MS.
