Hi Anirudh,
To study from US you must take your GRE. IELTS or TOEFL is an additional requirement for international students. You may consider learning German language if you desire to study in Germany for better prospects. Your profile seems good though you haven't specified your academic profile. Have clarity over your career plans, you have to convince the university why marketing or why entrepreneurship or why business management through your statement of purpose and personal interviews at a later stage. It is very difficult to compare between US and UK. If you are planning to settle down then UK is a tough option as they don't give work permits to international graduates so easily. You can narrow down your choice based on your budget, career plans and university requirements.

Hi Ishan, usually its of two years. You can check UK but the one year MS programs won't be recognized in India. You can check here for programs and duration. Once you finally find the country you can research on stay back options etc.

Both MS and M.Sc are Master of Science. However, both are entirely different. But, those who have completed the Bachelors in engineering or Masters in science and humanities can do the MS programme.
This is applicable worldwide.
