Admission in MS in foreign universities is based on multiple criterions such as GRE score, academic performance, state of purpose, quality of recommendation letters, etc. Two patents will definitely help you to get admission abroad for MS subject to you meeting other criterion.

It is based on percentile.
For MS University, the last year's cutoff was 97.50 or more.

No course can specifically guarantee you a job nor a stable life and that too in USA. Even, in other countries you cannot find a course, which can guarantee you a job.

Hi,
No university can guarantee a job in USA or any other country. The courses you take will train you well, and then it's your own skills and networking that helps you to get placed. Even, Indian companies based out of USA are struggling.

Hello Raj,
Engineering management program is recommended for those who have two to three years of experience in technical field and want to move up to management level. I would not recommended this program for students who are fresher. However, if you have 2-3 years of experience, you may pursue this course and the available opportunities are good.
I hope this helps.
