Hi Ashish,
US, Singapore, Canada, UK and Germany are the top destinations for data analytics. US is expensive, while Singapore amongst all is affordable. You can consider a fee of around US$10,000 to US$50,000 per year depending on the country.

The answer will depend mostly on your qualification and skill shortages. Opportunities would be coming your way and you need to grab them. Network well and perform well in class. Every university has a placement office providing job information, you need to keep yourself updated with them. You can work part time while studying and after graduation, you will be allowed to remain in the country for 6 months while on the job hunt. On getting a job, work visa will be granted.

GRE is not required if not mentioned by the university. It is mainly required in US. If you have good academic performance, you need not take GRE even if you are applying to a top university in Australia.
