I don't think exams like GRE, etc. is required unless the university really requires one. Applicants with outstanding academic track record are taken. International applicants must provide IELTS or TOEFL scores, German language knowledge is also preferred. Always check with the universities prior to applying.

Yes absolutely. You need to work on your SOP, LORs and get some work experience in your field of interest.

You can go to Canada in order to pursue CSE, but you will face few problems because you have to start from level one as you are not a CSE student, so you don't have knowledge about that field. You should continue with your core branch and you can do better with this option.

Go with Warsaw University of Technology. It is one the best universities in Poland. They have MSc in Applied Biotechnology. It is 18 months course and available in English medium.

You can present fake financial proof if you want to be sent back from the immigration port, unfortunately for you they are too vigilant and will issue the visa only after verifying and authenticating your documents. So, chances are you will not get a visa or be deported back from the airport. It's not easy to bypass visa officials so always be genuine and honest.
