I would advise you to visit British scholarship website as they have number of schemes for Indian students. You can also check university websites for university scholarships, which are given on merit basis.

The university requirements are different. GRE may be required by some universities, you must also take IELTS. You must also check that university you apply to accepts three year undergraduate degree because most universities in Canada require 16 year education or 4 year Bachelor's degree.

Generally, IELTS score is required. If you are an average student, then you can consider taking GRE or GATE. The eligibility criteria vary with universities, you must check the websites to know the university requirements. All German universities are very competitive. If you don't have around 75% to 85%, then the chances of admissions are less.
