Hello Raj,
It's definitely a critical and important decision. I would advise you to think of doing MBA from reputed institution. You can even think of doing executive MBA from one of the IIM's. I would not advise you to do PG in engineering since after a gap of almost 8 years it would be tough. On the other hand, in MBA your experience in sales would come in very handy.

Hello Vishwas,
Germany is very famous for PG in automobile or automotive related subjects. For electronics and communication preferred country is surely US. But, in general teaching pattern and some such related issues are much superior in European countries. So, if you are getting some offers in E&C in Germany, go ahead.

Hi Shalini,
Some of the best countries where civil engineers are in demand are Canada, Australia and Germany. You can also consider Singapore and Hong Kong. I will prefer Australia or Canada for studying and they have opportunities too.

To pursue MS or MCA in any of the countries mentioned, you have to pursue B.Tech or a degree. You also have to crack GRE to study in USA and some universities of Australia and Canada. You have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum score in GRE is 300 and in IELTS is 6.5 or 80 in TOEFL to get admission in a decent university.

Hi Niraj,
You need to take your IELTS for English language proficiency and German language too. If your profile is average, it is advisable to take your GRE or GATE.
