The eligibility criteria may differ from university to university. You can refer to the university website for the eligibility criteria for the course that interests you.
1. Academics: Certification of Bachelor's degree in similar field.
2. Language requirement: If the course is completely in German, then proof of proficiency in German language. If the course is in English, then proof of proficiency in English TOEFL or IELTS 6.0.
3. Entrance qualification: For engineering course, some universities may demand GRE. For business management courses, some universities may demand GMAT.

Yes, you can do MS in CSE, but you should be sound in computer science subjects, only computer knowledge won't help.

University of Ontario Institute of Technology is very popular for MS IT. You can also evaluate Carleton University. The majority of the universities offer M.Sc computer science and software engineering.

Hi,
It will depend on the university. Any top university will not accept backlogs and they require more than 75 percentile. You can check colleges under SPP, they usually consider up to 5 or 8 backlogs.

The work permit usually is equal to the length of the course. The PR will depend on your work profile, market demands and your qualifications. You should worry about the PR later, first study hard and secure a job.
