Ireland has the option for you to stay back for two years after the completion of studies. This is a good option for you to get jobs over there. Every country has advantages and disadvantages. Ireland has many research options with 100 % scholarship. you can carry on with this.

From your shared academics records, you look weak in technical knowledge and skills, MBA will be a good career switch option for you. You can try for multiple MBA entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT, MAT, SNAP, NMAT, etc.

Looks difficult with 66% since MS programs are very competitive and universities require high scores. Most programs are also research oriented. They will also check your personal statement and reference letters. I will also advice you to check other options such as in Australia, New Zealand, France, Netherlands, etc.

Hi Varun,
Suggesting an university will require that individual universities be checked and your complete profile details be evaluated. Among all the universities you mentioned SJSU and UTD are kind of reputed in comparison to the others. So, you should actually target them well or accept their offer if you get one. Since these are not the tier 1 universities, you should be able to apply to them latest by April or May. Please check the university websites for deadlines, they are clearly mentioned. Apply to all the universities, it is wise to shortlist 5 to 6 universities in total. Wait for the offer.

Mechanical engineering is listed under the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) of Australia, so it means the profession is in demand and mechanical engineers are required. The job prospects are good, but it will depend on how talented and academically strong you are.
You can check the below mentioned link to know about SOL:
