Your grades are fine however admissions committee will also consider your reference letters, personal statement, GRE scores and overall application. Chances could be high if you work on your overall profile, visit university websites before applying.

Universities in Canada requires a four year Bachelor degree. So, applying with a three year degree may not be fruitful. You must also take your IELTS and even a GRE if the university requires it. Admissions are extremely competitive and high academic grades are required. Check with some universities directly.

Chances are good but additional requirements are also there such as GRE and demonstration of research work. MS programs in Canadian universities are mostly research based and leads to a Ph.D. You must be accepted by a research supervisor as well. I will advice you to visit university websites first and go through the MS program requirements.
