The Master of Science (MS) degree is typically granted for studies in sciences, engineering and medicine and is usually for programs that are more focused on scientific/engineering and mathematical subjects. Eligibility criteria for MS abroad in the field of engineering is a Bachelors degree in engineering. Universities in USA and many other countries select students for MS admissions based on GRE score. In addition, universities evaluate students overall academic performance, State of Purpose (SOP), recommendations letters from eminent faculties. Every university may have their own additional criterion for selection.

Hello Lovepreeth,
With this percentage and IELTS score, definitely you are eligible for most of the good universities in Canada. However, it is possible to evaluate only if you provide your complete profile. It'll be an added advantage if you have published papers,Internships, work experience etc.
You can try for:
1) Carleton University
2) Concordia University
3) University of Western Ontario
4) University of Manitoba
5) University of Windsor
6) McGill University
and many more
