Hi Abishya,
Once you are admitted, the Admissions Department or International Student Office of the particular university in US will send you a "pre-departure orientation" packet which contains accommodation information. Student accommodation includes off-campus housing, on -campus student housing, student apartments or student houses etc. You may contact the International Student Office of a few universities you want to apply to before applying (recommended) and be informed beforehand. Hi, there are more than 46,000 international students from 158 countries studying in Poland. Low cost of education and high quality of education and living standards makes it an ideal destination. For MS computer science consider Lodz University of Technology, Gdansk University of Technology, Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and AGH University of Science and Technology. I hope you have decided which country to apply to by now. Good Luck!

Hi Sahil, for admission in a Canadian university with 58% will be extremely difficult. Atleast a first class is required. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL tests for admission purpose. You may look for PG Diploma options from good colleges in Canada. Some really good options include Concordia University, University of Saskatchewan, Seneca College, Fanshawe College and Humber College. Hope it helps.

Try to get good job, which is possible. If you're planning for further studies then MS would do good to you as you have already done M.Tech. Doing MS will make you technically more sound. You can also try for P.hd. program if you find yourself comfortable for it. So you should first decide that whether you want to get a job or go for further studies. Always remember getting more degrees is always good.
Hope it helps.
