Admission requirements vary across Europe. Apart form IELTS there may be university or department exams so you need to clarify what you plan to study. Have you also decided which particular country you want to go to?

Hi Aniket,
Your profile is a bit lower. You could try adding relevant work experience and an excellent GRE score but your chances would continue to be at best 50 - 50. Would highly recommend you to look at other, less popular but equally good universities. Here's a link to get you started.
