Hi
MS in IT is best in USA and Germany. MBA will again be good in USA if you are looking for the best.
While MS will take your career into technical and research field where you can create, innovate and be a researcher. Mba on other hand is to manage data, ppl, things, business as a consultant or may be start your own business.
Choose as per your skills and interests.

The difference of taking any degree in India and abroad is the value of education in terms of its application. Just to highlight it how, 400 P.hd holders in India are applying for the job of a peon. 70% of engineers today are unemployable.
While IITs and IIMs prepare you well but these are handfuls. On the other hand a degree like M.tech from abroad if chosen wisely will change the whole outlook and approach towards learning because you research, work hard on originality of your assignment, take internships and network directly with the industrialists to present your ideas. So you definitely prepare for life.
Choose the best for you.

Dear Ashish,
From the academic side, it is only the English language test IELTS which you need to give and if i remember the score required may be overall 7.5 or 7 with no band less than 7 or 6.5. From the practising perspective i think you need to clear a licencing exam, so please check this out with the University you are applying to.

Hi Amol, this is a very common query. You need to fulfill the admission requirements which is high academic grades and must take IELTS or TOEFL. GRE is optional to study in Germany so you may choose to skip the GRE. I will request you to visit DAAD website for further information.

Hope it helps.
