There is this Mahatma Gandhi Central University - MGCUB, Bihar where most of the students get placed in decent companies and also, the faculty members are very helpful there. In Maharashtra, you can try Narsee Monjee which is one of the top colleges in Mumbai with very good placements. Hi,There are many 2-year programmes of mathematics like mathematics and statistics (thesis) provided by McGill University and more universities provide such related courses like McMaster university, Dalhousie university with the rest of the information provided on their website. Good Luck.

You should master mathematics of 11th and 12th standard first and then take admission in a good college.
