Apart from high academic grades, a good GRE score is required. Admissions are competitive and extracurriculars are also taken into consideration. Initiatives, research works, sports and voluntary activities besides your grades would be of great importance. Admission requirements will also differ with the branch of study, you must visit the departmental website for eligibility information.

Hello,
Have you decided which country you want to apply? From affordable point of view Germany, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore are good options. You need to check university websites for fee and other information, but they all are quite affordable. Scholarships are given on merit, basis your overall profile, grades etc. You must be academically strong enough for scholarship Consideration.
Regards

Higher studies to progress in your career is always better. Construction management in india is the most required as its not a very organised sector. If you hv the financial backup, the degree will be a great choice.

Ofcourse, goes without saying. Every country has their own education system, recognized by other countries. However yes the degree granting institution must be accredited by the respective accreditation boards.
