You may try universities that accept medium of instruction letter in case you don't have the requisite IELTS score. However, you would have to consider a tuition fee budget of Rs.30 lakhs. Hope this helps!

For admissions to master's, you need GRE/ GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS of 6.5 band. There are assistant ships offered by some universities so read in details here.

Once you are admitted, the Admissions Department or International Student Office of the particular university in US will send you a "pre-departure orientation" packet which contains accommodation information. Student accommodation includes off-campus housing, on -campus student housing, student apartments or student houses etc. You may contact the International Student Office of a few universities you want to apply to before applying (recommended) and be informed beforehand. On the whole, the university you are enrolled into will assist you finding suitable accommodation. Tuition fee for MS in USA is somewhere Rs. 10-30 lak
