German universities have two main intakes having the major deadlines during January and July. Since you have crossed the Jan deadline you can look forward to submit the applications by July for the next intake or winter intake to start from September depending on the university. 15th July is generally the deadline. For a four year Bachelor degree program, maximum number of backlogs they accept is eight. If you have any valid justification for backlogs, i.e. medical reasons, you can try.
