Admission to NYU is a function of your academic grades, work ex, TOEFL, Personal Statement as well. However, assuming you are excellent in these I presume a GRE of 320+ should be a safe bet with Quants at 160+

Hello, my recommendation is that you go for GRE and TOEFL. Good scores will help you to get good scholarship and better chances of being accepted. Good luck!

You need to give GRE exam before you can apply to any university abroad. your GRE score will tell which college you can get abroad. There is one more program that is in demand these days and the M.eng. you can have M. eng as an option too.
Hope this helps.
thanks

If you are planning for an MS from abroad, then you need to give a GRE exam and an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Select which field you want to chose and search good colleges offering that program.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Hi Vivek,
For top universities, academic grades must be high( above 70%), IELTS requirement vary but 6.5 overall or higher is recommended. You must check individual university websites such as UBC, University of Toronto, McGill and York University for requirements. Hope this helps.

Dear Sahitya, your GRE & IELTS are quite low. Still as Kent State has agent network(Like Chopras etc) in India, you may check with either agent to get pre-evaluation whether you may be admitted or not.

Dear Mani Sankar,
Italy is a well known destination for Arts. Politecnico di Milano is probably the one you can look for in Italy. The Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark , UK are also good options, Germany is however the best place to study mechanical engineering. Hope it helped.

Hi Vinit, there are many. Your CGPA is a bit on the lower side. Anyways the top ones include University of Waterloo, McGill, University of Toronto. McMaster, University of British Columbia and York University. Please do check the university websites for details. Hope it helped.
