If your MS is in English medium then you do not require to learn German language. For international students majority universities conduct induction programs where they will teach you basic German. However it will be good if you learn German Language in India. It will make you comfortable easily in German University.

Dear Akshay,
Abroad is a wide term. Procedure differs from campus to campus. You must take GRE to study in US and some universities in Canada. Not required in European countries mostly. You will find admission requirements on the university websites.
Best Wishes

Hi Bharath
How to get a job is something that depends on your own talents and qualifications. Studying abroad will not guarantee you a job. So, make use of every opportunity you get. Improve English speaking skills, leadership skills, networking skills and petform well in your class.
