In order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
Please remember universities in UK and Australia do not require GRE scores.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
Please remember before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.

You can choose Avionic Specialisation of Aerospace Engineering, Which will be too closed to your present Electr & Commu branch.Avionics in the branch of Aeospace science which inludes study related to all the electronics systems from navigation to communication used in space technology . That is Aviation Electronics =Avionics.
Best Universities in US for Space Engineering are as follows.
1) Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.BS-MS-PHd programs in Aero, All Specialisation available.

As per your profile you are eligible for pursuing both the course, please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue MS or M.Tech, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.

As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program from India would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
