Thanks for posting your query. Yes ofcourse you can study MS or MD in Russia after completing MBBS. Regarding jobs, you need to be familiar with Russian language. If you have any employer who can sponsor work visa then settling there is not a issue.

Being a fresher it is always recommended that you go for MS rather than MBA. MBA courses overseas relatively have higher fees and are meant for individuals with a minimum 2-3 years of work experience. Let me know in case you have additional questions!

One or two backlogs are not a problem s long as you clear them and achieve an aggregate score of 65-70%+ in your graduation. Additionally, I would highly recommend you gain some level of German language proficiency prior to applying for German Universities, even if they don't ask for.
