Dear Paritosh, Yes you are eligible for Aeronautical Engineering, but not in Power, Structural or Thermodynamics specialization field.
being Computer Science grad u can opt for Control & Navigation or Avionics branch of Aerospace Engineering. Many of MS Degrees provides flight training too with CPL License as minor subject.

Hi Hari,
GRE at University of Toronto is used only as a additional parameter as they don't know the quality of the institutions that we have studied outside of Canada.
So it is important you also have a strong profile and good TOEFL / IELTS exam which are mandatory.
UoToronto is one of the most competitive universities in Canada alongwith UBC and McGill (in general). So it is advised when you are applying, you shortlist 3-4 universities and then apply.
Another university which is strong for your department include Carleton-Ottawa (the programs are designed and offered jointly).
You can write back for any doubts on your application.
