- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (70%-80% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred GRE score- 300-320 plus.
Preferred TOEFL score- 90-100 plus.
Preferred IELTS score- 6-7 bands plus.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from university to university.
However please note that since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.

Yes there is an possibility to get admissionin US for MS. GRE scores requirement are different for different universities. But anything scored above 310 is considered as good score and you can get admission in any good university. Along with GRE you also need to give TOEFL test, with a score of 90 and above is counted as good score.
