Yes MS course in Supply Chain Management will add lot of value to your profile after doing your PGDM in Operations and SCM as it is a further specialization in a particular field, offering more in-depth knowledge in the field. MS is aimed at producing specialists or expert of that field.
With an MS Degree, you would start your career in your particular field of expertise. Your success would be determined by your knowledge of the field and its application. As you climb up the ladder, you would become a recognized expert in the filed.
Experience doesn't matter as most of the MS Holder are freshers.

Please note that with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MS and MBA degree as in order to pursue masters degree from US and Canada you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
However please note that in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

In order to pursue masters degree from UK you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
For getting admission in masters degree in UK universities you need to have IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
