Please remember before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in US and Australia would be much more as compared to education in India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.
US is the best study destination to pursue MS, but the cost of education in US would be much more then Australian universities also getting a US VISA is very difficult.

After completing B.Tech you are eligible to pursue both the course you mentioned i.e MBA and MS.
If you wish to build your career in technical field then you may pursue MS, where as if you are interested in the field of management then you may opt for MBA.
Now coming to Germany, then please remember Germany is the best study destination to pursue MS in mechanical engineering and related fields, so if you wish to pursue MS then you may surely opt for Germany.
Now coming to MBA, them please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
