If you wish to pursue MBA from abroad then please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, plus you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL
If you wish to pursue MS from universities abroad in that case you need to take below mentioned tests:

Please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:

So regarding this please remember US is the best study destination to pursue MS degree, but the cost of education in US universities in very high as compared to universities in UK and Germany, plus getting a US VISA is very tough.
The cost of education in UK universities in less as compared to US, but the duration of masters degree in UK is one year only, plus getting job in UK is very competitive.
The cost of education in Germany is very less as compared to universities in US and UK, but getting admission in German universities in very competitive, you need to have very good academic record to get admission in German universities.
So on the basis of above mentioned parameters you may decide which country to opt for pursing your masters degree.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
