As per University eligibility criteria a Bachelors degree in any discipline in Science/ B.A. Geography/ B.E. Civil Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 55% of marks. + Entrance test.
So, graduate with ECE are not eligible for this program.

Hello Naveen,
Normally speaking, the eligibility for doing post graduation in aeronautical engineering is Bachelor's in aeronautical engineering or allied branch. However, the students of other branches can select concerned or related specialisation of aeronautical engineering after caring concerned GATE examination. I'm attaching the link concerning admission to post graduate courses in aeronautical engineering in IIT Mumbai. Hello!
Yes, Somaiya accepts CAT scores for MMS. But since CAT is an All-India level exam, its cutoff is very high i.e. in the range of 99.8-99.9 percentile mark.
