Hello,
To appear in CSIR UGC NET Exam Candidates must have a degree in B.Pharma or BE or B.Tech or M.Sc. Or MBBS or Integrated BS-MS or any other Science degree with at least 55% marks. If you fulfill all the above-mentioned criteria then you can apply for the CSIR NET Exam.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research will conduct the CSIR UGC NET 2019 Exam in July. Be prepared for it.

Hi Achyut,
You seem to have a good profile except that your BE CGPA could have been slightly better for increased admission chances. But considering that you have work experience and got two papers chances are good. Entry requirements for every university is different. Check for minimum IELTS score requirements, pre-requisite courses, academic grade requirement, LOR and SOP requirement, deadlines etc. Ryerson University has a good MS programme in Data Science and Analytics.

Almost every university does and has one or the other schemes. Scholarships are typically based on merit. If you have an average profile look for universities in top 20 to 50 or 60 to make admission possibilities easier for you. Go through their websites and understand their requirements, aids etc. Applying early and during the first rounds of admission is the key to a successful application.
