There are different exams such as JAM, GS, JEST and many other state or central university exam through which you can get admission in Masters or Integrated Master courses and most of them do have a syllabus of Bachelor's course where GS and JEST little bit more advanced syllabus, but questions you'll find there are about basics and to judge how good are you in problem solving skills including how clearly you understood the topics. So when you are willing to prepare for any entrance exam your main focus must be to understand each and every concept rather than just solving and learning problem solving using formulae.

Hello,
Basically, placements in every branch depends on your skills. You have to get extra things along with the course. Definitely, placements are good in clinical research, but the thing is you should have a good command in basics and learn extra.
