Yes, you can. You need to appear for IIT JAM (joint admission test), for doing M.Sc courses at IITs.
The eligibility requirements are:
Candidates should have at least 55% aggregate marks without rounding off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for General/OBC (NCL) Category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks without rounding off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for SC/ST and PwD Category candidates in the qualifying degree.

Your marks are exceptionally good. But to get admission in Stanford or Harvard you just not need to be perfect in academics but in extra circular activities too because they don't need a studious dumb student. In fact, they want an around. Try to maintain your marks above 85 or 90% in your every semester (it has weightage). After your GRE score followed by IELTS bands (mini 7 band needed). At least 2 or 3 year of work experience and Essays writing along with your attractive CV. The procedure is quite long.
