No, you cannot join Bharati Vidyapeeth DU Medical College And Hospital Sangli for MS programs without NEET PG.

NEET PG is the mandatory national entrance exam required for admission to postgraduate medical courses (MD/MS) in India.
Bharati Vidyapeeth (deemed university) follows the national guidelines set by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
While there might be some exceptions for DNB (Diplomate of National Board) courses in some institutes,  MD/MS programs at Bharati Vidyapeeth will require a valid NEET PG score for admission.
