NIPER Hyderabad MSc admission is entrance-based. The college accepts NIPER JEE scores to shortlist candidates for admission. Apart from NIPER JEE, the college also accepts GPAT and GATE scores to grant admission to the candidates. The cutoff for the entrance exams are not mentioned on the official website of the college. Candidates willing to know are suggested to contact the college itself on their helpline number. Altenatively, candidates can also drop a mail on their official email ID.

Candidates looking forward for admission in the M.Sc. course offered at NIPER Hyderabad, must have a BPharm degree with a minimum 50% aggregate to be eligible for admission. Apart from this, the candidate needs to appear for the entrance exams of GPAT, GATE and NIPER JEE. Candidates willing to secure admission to the MSc course offered by NIPER Hyderabad are required to appear for the NIPER JEE entrance exam. Apart from NIPER JEE, the candidates can also appear for GATE or GPAT entrance exam to secure seat at NIPER Hyderabad MSc. The total seat intake for the programme is 20 and the course is offered in specialisation with Medicinal Chemistry.
