Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission TNEA is for undergraduate admissions in engineering and technology programs in the colleges of Tamil Nadu. The admission is based on the candidates 10+2 marks and the counselling organised by the university. So TNEA is not an entrance exam. With the release of official notification, TNEA application form is expected to be available from the first week of July.

The engineering branches would require you to whether gve your JEE Mains or go for the entrance tests conducted by the universities. These day the universities are conducting online proctored tests too.
Browse some other equally good colleges which would give you more than scholarship, that is, check the academics of the college, as well as infrastructure, exposure, seminars, projects, etc. so that you get the best. Last but not the least, some colleges also offer their assistance for getting education loans.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 Std. Or their equivalent from educational organisations located outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They must include a duplicate copy of Nativity Certificate only in the form of a soft copy/ digitally signed e-Certificate.
Eligibility criteria : Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in 12th class in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Hence JEE Mains score is not applicable here and you have to go through the TNEA cou
