Hello, Admissions in Tamilnadu are based on strict criteria which are given out by Anna University which controls and processes the complete admission system for admission to different engineering colleges in the state. I am attaching a link which will give you all the required information about this. Please go through this and decide for yourself if your son is really eligible or not. Madras institute of technology does not offers BE (Automobile Engg.) or any UG BE programs for diploma engineering students. The admission in these programs are based on 12th marks, Interested candidates needs to registered in TNEA first after declaration of 12th result, a centralized counselling process is organized by Anna University for admission in various undergraduate engineering programs.
