Hello Thishal8, theoretically speaking, the industry that produces aeronautical components is colloquially called aerospace industry and the study of this is called aeronautical engineering. However in India, there are some colleges offering aeronautical engineering while others offer aerospace engineering! Practically both are same. MIT Chennai does have this branch. Hello MJ, it's very nice to hear from you that you have already set your sights on becoming an aeronautical engineer! Well, luckily for you state of Tamilnadu does not conduct any entrance exam for admissions to engineering colleges. It's based on marks obtained in 12th board. So if you want to get into MIT then study hard and score well in your 12th. After the results are announced, keep track and f adverts in newspapers about begining of admission process.
