You have decent scores but to get admission for CSE at Madras Institute of technology, you need to have more scores like around 95 percent in your board exams due to heavy competition. And I don't think MIT accepts JEE main scores. The admission is based on a counseling process where students will be called based on their marks. You may try your luck at the admission time.
All the best.

Admissions in Tamil Nadu whether fresh or in lateral mode are restricted to the students who fulfil the criteria of 'Nativity'. If seats are vacant then you can think of getting admission since you are not native of Tamil Nadu. Best wishes to you.

Your score is not bad but it is difficult to get aeronautical engineering at Madras Institute of technology campus of Anna University since the competition is too high as well as there are many people with above 90 percent or so. Hence, you can try your luck at the time of admission or apply for other colleges.
